UW Oshkosh Economic Disruption Survey Gathering Data for Wisconsin
In a joint effort with WEDC, UW Oshkosh Center for Customized Research & Services, the New North, we ask you to take this Economic Disruption Survey by April 6. This survey will help measure economic loss and identify needs for future recovery efforts as we deal with the COVIE-19 pandemic here in Wisconsin. We thank UW-Oshkosh Center for Customized Research & Services for their survey technology and staff support. The results will be available at the county, region, and state levels.
This survey tool is dated and stamped with Observation Period #1. After survey completion, you will get a second survey stamped Observation Period #2 for the week of May 3 directly from UW-Oshkosh Center for Customized Research & Services. You may alter your responses at that time with any updated information.
We realize you may get this survey from more than one organization. You only need to complete this survey once per observation period. The survey collection team will screen out any duplicates during the intake process. While there are a lot of unknowns during this time, it is the intention that there will be a couple more observation period surveys through the tail end of the pandemic. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions.
