Greater Oshkosh COVID-19: Emergency Response Loan Fund
The Greater Oshkosh COVID-19: Emergency Response Loan Fund (ERL) provides $10,000 loans with a 3-year amortization, 2% interest, and deferment of principal and interest for six months. Funds can be used for basic business needs including rent/mortgage payments, utility payments, payroll expenses, and pre-existing purchase orders.
Winnebago County COVID-19 Rapid Recovery Loan Fund
The Winnebago County COVID-19 Rapid Recovery Loan Program (RRL) aims to assist businesses in Winnebago County that are negatively affected by the economic impact of COVID-19. The low-interest loan helps keep businesses financially solvent while complying with the enforced restrictions.
Greater Oshkosh Capital Catalyst Fund
The Greater Oshkosh Capital Catalyst Fund allows for any single business enterprise to obtain funds from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $100,000. Loans, grants and equity positions are all viable awards from the Greater Oshkosh Capital Catalyst Fund.
Greater Oshkosh Revolving Loan Fund
The Greater Oshkosh Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is a $2.4 million dollar fund designed to encourage business growth and job creation in the Greater Oshkosh area. It is a flexible gap financing tool for area businesses engaged in high-income and job growth through expansion and/or relocation projects.
