Nicolet National Bank has completed its $864 million acquisition of MidWestOne, expanding its footprint to 115 branches across Wisconsin, Iowa, eastern Minnesota, northern Michigan and Colorado and growing its assets to approximately $15 billion. The bank completed its system conversion in August, with Nicolet emphasizing a gradual transition, employee transparency and customer relationships throughout the merger. With the integration largely complete, Nicolet is now focused on improving operations, supporting its expanded workforce and delivering on its promises to customers rather than pursuing another acquisition in the near term.         The Business News
